Voting is officially open for Round 4 of the Big Brother 28 Time Capsule, giving viewers another opportunity to send a Houseguest into the mysterious challenge for a potential power—or punishment.
Fans can now cast their votes through the official Big Brother voting page. The selected Houseguest will enter the Time Capsule and face a challenge inspired by a previous season. Winning the challenge earns them a special advantage, while losing could leave them dealing with a memorable punishment.
The first three rounds have all gone to returning reality television players. Angela won the opening vote but failed her challenge and received the Egg Detective punishment. Devens followed in Round 2 and successfully secured the Diamond Power of Veto.
Round 3 then delivered another win for the veterans when Dee received the most official votes, completed her challenge and claimed the BB Bribe. She has kept the advantage secret from the other Houseguests so far, leaving fans waiting to see when—and how—she might use it.

Dee also led our Round 3 popularity poll, while Jason finished close behind in second place.

Jason’s strong showing became irrelevant to the official result after he was unanimously evicted from the house on Thursday, July 30. His departure now leaves a significant group of voters searching for someone new to support in Round 4.
With Dee no longer needing another Time Capsule win and Jason out of the game, Round 4 could produce a very different result. The remaining Houseguests know that one unexpected power could completely change nominations, alliances or the balance of control inside the house.
Of course, receiving the most votes only earns the selected Houseguest an opportunity. They must still win the Time Capsule challenge to claim a power. A loss means they could return to the house with a punishment instead.
