Fans of Big Brother won’t miss a second of the drama this summer, as CBS has confirmed that the live feeds will return for Season 28. Viewers will once again be able to watch the Houseguests around the clock through both Paramount+ and Pluto TV.
The feeds are expected to launch shortly after the season premiere on July 9, giving subscribers direct access to the strategy talks, alliances, late-night arguments, and unfiltered moments that never make the televised episodes. Season 28 is already being promoted as the franchise’s biggest season yet, featuring expanded programming and the show’s historic 1,000th episode milestone.
For viewers using Paramount+, the live feeds will be accessible through the show’s dedicated streaming page. Premium subscribers can also stream CBS live through local affiliates, while Essential subscribers still receive on-demand access to episodes after they air.
Meanwhile, Pluto TV continues offering a free alternative for feed watchers, though viewers should expect ads during streams. Some fans online have noted that the Pluto version occasionally experiences delays or interruptions compared to Paramount+.
Online reaction to the feeds returning has been overwhelmingly positive, especially after concerns from fans who feared CBS could eventually reduce access like other reality franchises have done in recent years. One Reddit user celebrated the announcement by posting that fans would once again be able to watch Houseguests “24/7,” while others joked about the frequent feed outages longtime viewers know all too well.
This season will also feature the return of Big Brother: Unlocked, the companion aftershow that includes exclusive footage, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content from inside the house.
