Week 6 of Big Brother 28 could be heading for a major shake-up at the Veto meeting. Yash currently has Angela, Dee and Haley on the block after winning both Head of Household and the regular Power of Veto. While Yash appears ready to leave his nominations unchanged, Rick Devens has been preparing a move that could completely disrupt his plans.
According to the latest live-feed reports, Devens and Dee have been working through a plan for Devens to use his Diamond Power of Veto on Dee. The special power allows Devens to remove a nominee and personally select the replacement. Their current plan has Devens standing up after Yash completes the regular Veto portion of the meeting, saving Dee and putting Kamu on the block in her place.

The move would hit Yash especially hard because Kamu has become one of his closest allies. Yash, Kamu and Taylor have also agreed that Dee should be the target this week, meaning Devens could save the person Yash wants out while placing one of Yash’s strongest numbers in danger. Earlier discussions even had Yash and Kamu considering other Veto moves, but Yash eventually appeared to settle on keeping the original nominees intact.
Devens has not reached the decision without hesitation. He has openly questioned whether using the Diamond Veto now makes sense for his own game because he recently improved his relationships with both Yash and Kamu. Still, after wavering throughout Sunday, the latest Hamsterwatch update indicated that Devens appeared to be leaning toward following through with the Dee-for-Kamu swap.
Dee has plenty of reason to encourage the move. She remains vulnerable on the block, and Devens previously promised that he would use his Diamond Veto on her if she remained nominated heading into Monday. Dee and Devens have also discussed how they might explain the move during the ceremony, while Dee has expressed excitement about seeing Kamu’s reaction if he suddenly becomes the replacement nominee.
If Devens follows through, the Veto meeting could become one of the biggest moments of Big Brother 28 so far. Yash may hold both HOH and the regular Veto, but Devens’ Diamond Veto gives him the ability to rewrite the final nominations without Yash’s approval.
For now, the plan remains subject to change. But if Devens saves Dee and sends Kamu to the block, Yash’s Week 6 HOH could go from controlled to chaotic in a matter of seconds.
