The results are finally in for the third round of the Big Brother 28 Time Capsule, and the winner was not who many viewers expected.
Angela won the first viewer vote and received the Egg Detective punishment, while Devens claimed the second round and secured the powerful Diamond Power of Veto. That left five prizes and five punishments still available, although none appeared quite as game-changing as Devens’s advantage.
For days, the live feeds offered very few clear clues about the third winner. Attention quickly turned to Drew after he repeatedly mentioned phrases such as “coin flip,” “take over the HOH,” and “my lucky coin.” With no obvious punishment attached to him, many fans became convinced that he had won the Coin of Destiny.
However, Sunday’s episode revealed that the speculation was wrong.

Dee also completed the challenge and received the BB Bribe.
The reveal came as a surprise because Dee had already told both Devens and Angela that she had not won the Time Capsule. She has continued to keep the power secret from the other Houseguests.
The BB Bribe was not used during this round, and Dee appears to be in no hurry to reveal it. According to the rules, the advantage can be used at any point during the rest of the game.
That gives Dee plenty of time to decide how—and when—to use it. However, holding onto a secret power for too long can be risky, especially in a game where anyone can suddenly become the next target.
