Week 4 in the “Big Brother 26” house ended Thursday night, with Quinn Martin‘s Deep Fake reign as Head of Household (over Angela Murray) coming to a dramatic conclusion. Following Tucker Des Lauriers Veto win on Wednesday, Cedric HodgesMakensy Manbeck and Rubina Bernabe were left on the block. After Makensy saved herself in the AI Arena, Cedric was evicted by a vote of 6-3 over Rubina. The 21-year-old former marine from Boise, Idaho became the fourth houseguest sent packing from Season 26.

Cedric was correct in guessing Brooklyn RiveraCam Sullivan-Brown and Chelsie Baham were his three votes to stay. “I knew [T’kor Clottey and Kimo Apaka] were gone,” he told host Julie Chen Moonves during his exit interview. “They have too close of a relationship with Rubina, so I knew going in if I lost I was going to be out here with you.”

When asked who surprised him the most, Cedric responded, “I think I knew where it was going to go. I hoped for Joseph [Rodriguez], but he came up to me and was like, ‘Look man, I don’t know.’” So why did Cedric risk his game by offering himself up for Quinn to put on the block? “Pawns go home,” he admitted. “In this game you have to trust individuals. I knew going into the week that T’kor and Kimo were iffy. I knew it was going to be this week or it was going to be a week further down the line. If they could prove themselves this week, then I knew I was going to be good forever.”

For his final thoughts, Cedric shared, “It was a wonderful experience. Thank you for hosting. Thanks CBS and production, I love you all. All these people are amazing, so whoever wins will be a blessing.”
