Just hours before the Big Brother 28 finale, Taylor Brown may have changed Rick Devens’ Final 2 plans.
For days, Devens appeared ready to take Drew Campbell to the Final 2 if he won the final Head of Household competition. But Taylor made one final pitch Wednesday night — and Devens listened.
Taylor Makes a Last-Minute Move
Taylor told Devens that taking Drew could hurt his chances with the jury. She argued that Drew could become a valuable jury vote for Devens instead of sitting beside him in the Final 2.
Her argument clearly gave Devens something to think about.

Later that night, Devens admitted he was struggling with the decision. He also told Taylor that her proposal was a “no brainer,” although he said he wanted to sleep on it.
That reaction created new uncertainty around Drew’s path to the Final 2.
Drew Is No Longer Completely Safe
Drew already lost his chance to control his own fate.
Taylor won Part 1 of the Final HOH, while Devens won Part 2. They will now face each other in Part 3 during tonight’s finale, and the winner will choose who reaches the Final 2.
Until Wednesday night, Drew appeared to be in a great position because both Taylor and Devens had talked about taking him.
Taylor still appears likely to choose Drew if she wins.
Devens, however, may now reconsider.
Everything Comes Down to the Final HOH
If Taylor wins Part 3, she will control the final eviction.
If Devens wins, he faces a much harder decision: honor his agreement with Drew or take Taylor after her last-minute pitch.
Taylor may not have completely changed his mind, but she did something important — she made him question a decision that had looked settled.
That makes tonight’s Final HOH even more important.
Drew can only watch as Taylor and Devens battle for control of the game.
And if Devens wins, viewers may not know his final decision until he stands in front of the houseguests and casts the season’s final eviction vote.
