After LaLa won the Big Brother 28 Week 7 Power of Veto, she used it to remove herself from the block. That forced Head of Household Dee to name a replacement nominee — and she chose Mallory, despite the two being part of the recently formed Mosh Pit alliance.
That leaves Drew, Mallory and Taylor as the final three nominees heading into Thursday’s BB Block Buster and eviction.
Dee Turns on the Mosh Pit
The decision is particularly significant because the Mosh Pit was only recently formed as a majority alliance. Instead of protecting one of its members, Dee has now put Mallory directly in danger.

Mallory had already been told about the plan before the ceremony and reportedly reminded Dee that they were supposed to be working together. Dee acknowledged that she had previously told Mallory she was safe but ultimately went through with the nomination anyway.
The move appears to have convinced Mallory and Melody that the alliance may have been more about using their numbers than building something lasting.
Mallory Is Now the Target
More importantly, Mallory isn’t simply a pawn.
Following the ceremony, LaLa told Taylor that Dee had identified Mallory as the target. Devens also told Drew that he views Mallory as a bigger competition threat than Taylor.
That means Mallory could be in serious trouble unless she wins the BB Block Buster. The current plan appears to favor keeping Drew regardless of which combination of nominees remains after the competition.
For now, Mallory’s game may come down to Thursday’s Block Buster. But if she survives both the competition and eviction vote, Dee’s decision to betray her own alliance could come back to haunt her very quickly.
