Yash entered Week 6 with a clear plan after winning Head of Household, but Rick Devens could soon turn that plan upside down. Yash nominated Angela, Dee and Haley for eviction, with Haley appearing to be his main target. He has also told Dee that he views her more as a pawn. However, Devens holds the Diamond Power of Veto, and that power could completely change the direction of the week.
Devens won the Diamond Power of Veto through the BB Time Capsule twist. Unlike the regular Power of Veto, his special power gives him much more control. Devens can save a nominee and then personally choose who takes that person’s place on the block. That means Yash could lose control of his own HOH nominations.
The situation has become even more interesting because Dee now sits on the block. Devens previously told Dee about his power and discussed using it to protect either himself or her. Now, Dee may need him to follow through on that promise.

Dee has already tried another way to escape danger. She reportedly offered Yash $5,000 through her BB Bribe power if he kept both her and Angela safe. When Yash refused, Dee reduced the offer and asked him to save only her. Yash still rejected the deal.
That decision could push Dee even closer to Devens and his Diamond Veto.
If Devens saves Dee, he would also get the opportunity to name her replacement. That could create a serious problem for Yash. Devens has discussed possible replacement options, including LaLa, although his final decision could change before the Veto ceremony.
The regular Power of Veto could create even more chaos. Yash, Angela, Dee, Haley, Barrett and Melody will battle for the Veto. Several different outcomes could disrupt Yash’s original nominations.
For example, Dee has talked about a scenario where Angela wins the regular Veto while Devens uses the Diamond Veto to save Dee. If that happens, both Angela and Dee could come off the block. Yash could suddenly find himself watching two of his original nominees escape danger.
Barrett could also complicate things. He has discussed using the Veto on Dee if he wins, which would once again force Yash to adjust his plans.
For Yash, keeping the nominations the same would give him the best chance of controlling the week. But Big Brother rarely makes things that simple.
With the regular Veto still in play and Devens holding one of the season’s most powerful advantages, Week 6 could change very quickly. Yash may have won the HOH, but Devens could ultimately decide how the final eviction lineup looks.
The biggest question now is clear: Will Devens unleash the Diamond Power of Veto and completely destroy Yash’s Week 6 plans?
