It’s another action-packed night inside the Big Brother 28 house as the remaining 15 houseguests battle for power in a brand-new Head of Household competition before facing this week’s nominations and the latest BB Time Capsule twist.
HOH competition
The first order of business is the all-important HOH competition, where a familiar face from Big Brother history is making a return. Big Brother 10 fan favourite Jessie “Mr. Pectacular” will host the challenge, which appears to feature a wrestling-themed event. Based on the preview shown during *Big Brother: Unlocked*, houseguests will likely watch a wrestling match before answering questions about what they saw in a booth-style quiz competition.

Once a new HOH is crowned, attention quickly turns to nominations. A backdoor strategy is once again expected to be the preferred plan, with the new HOH looking to make a major move against this week’s target.
BB Time Capsule
The BB Time Capsule also returns tonight, bringing another prize voted on by viewers. Fans who followed the online voting likely won’t be surprised by who receives this week’s reward. Unlike previous weeks, there won’t be a punishment up for grabs this time. Instead, one lucky houseguest will earn a powerful advantage that could have a significant impact on the game and easily become the biggest prize remaining in the Time Capsule twist.
