Janelle Pierzina says she is retiring from Big Brother

Last week, Janelle Pierzina’s run on The Traitors came to an end when she clashed with fellow Big Brother legend Dan Gheesling. Janelle tried to convince the Faithful group that Dan was a Traitor, but the master of deception was able to turn the tables against Janelle and ultimately led to her banishment from the show.

In an interview with EW, Janelle talked all about her experience on The Traitors — including getting into a curse-off with Sandra Diaz-Twine and her reaction to Larsa Pippen’s claim that she was jealous about screen time.

Janelle has appeared four times on Big Brother (seasons 6, 7, 14, and 22) and made it to third place twice. She also set the record for most individual competition wins in a single season with nine (a record just recently broken by season 25 champion Jag Bains).

During the interview, Ew asked Janelle if she would do Reindeer Games if they do it again next year and she replied, “I don’t know that I would. I don’t think so. No. I don’t really even know if I’m going to do any more TV after this”.

“I didn’t think I would even do anything after my last [Big Brother] All-Stars. I guess I’m just very pessimistic about what comes my way, or if I’m busy with my career or whatever. I don’t know that I have the time to do a lot of TV. I don’t know that I would do Reindeer Games. I feel like if they put me in there with people that were my age, potentially, but I didn’t really love the last All-Stars I did where there was people that had been on Big Brother for a day or two or whatever and showed up on an All-Stars cast. No”. Janelle added.
