CBS Announces Big Brother Unlocked Hosts – Premieres Friday, July 25th

CBS is bringing fans even more Big Brother this summer with the launch of Big Brother Unlocked, a brand-new companion show set to premiere this Friday, July 25th at 8/7c. The network has officially confirmed that BB24 winner Taylor Hale and BB16 winner Derrick Levasseur will be hosting the series, offering viewers deeper insight and exclusive content from inside the BB27 house.

Big Brother Unlocked will air every other Friday night, spanning six episodes throughout the Big Brother 27 season. Following the premiere on July 25, new episodes will air on August 8 and 22, and then continue on September 5, 19, and 26. It’s a limited run, but it marks an exciting expansion of BB content—especially since these episodes will broadcast on CBS primetime, not just on streaming.

The show will offer never-before-seen footage and extended coverage from the Big Brother 27 Live Feeds—content that didn’t make the cut for the regular Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday episodes. Alongside that, viewers can expect exclusive interviews, special guest appearances, and behind-the-scenes access unlike anything CBS has offered before in the main show’s history.

Hosted by a rotating panel of former “All-Star” Houseguests, BB Unlocked aims to bring sharp analysis, first-hand insight, and strategic breakdowns from veterans who know the game best. Each episode will highlight game moves, competitions, and social dynamics, with commentary from people who’ve lived through the pressure cooker themselves.

While Hale and Levasseur are now confirmed, speculation about other potential hosts continues to swirl. With Hale recently stepping into the role of Roundtable moderator for the finale—previously held by the iconic Dr. Will Kirby—fans had already guessed she’d be a central figure in this new spinoff. Now that she’s officially in, excitement is only building for who might round out the trio of hosts.

So who else should join Taylor and Derrick? Which past Houseguests would you like to see analyzing strategy, throwing shade, or dropping gameplay wisdom?

Get ready for more Big Brother than ever before—starting this Friday night.
