Big Brother star Katherine Woodman has spoken out to address alarming online rumors claiming she was rushed to the hospital after suffering a stroke.

The reality TV alum took to social media to reassure fans after several false reports circulated online, prompting concern from her followers. Sharing a photo on her Instagram Stories, Katherine appeared calm and well, posing with her hand resting on her chin and a wide-eyed expression.

Dressed casually in a cozy jumper with her long blonde hair worn down, Katherine directly shut down the claims, writing:

“After some concerned messages, I just wanted to share that I’m okay. I’m in good health and specifically have not suffered from a stroke.”

She added bluntly:

“These Facebook rumors are crazy.”

The statement came in response to a viral post that falsely claimed the Big Brother star had been hospitalized after experiencing a “sudden stroke” while traveling home from a scheduled event. The misleading article even included a fabricated quote allegedly from her family.

At the time, many fans were left worried, with comments pouring in offering prayers and well wishes. “Prayers and love to you Katherine Woodman for a speedy recovery,” one fan wrote, while another added, “So sorry to hear this — wishing you a fast recovery.”

Katherine, however, confirmed that the entire report was untrue.

The South Carolina native rose to prominence on Big Brother Season 27, quickly becoming a memorable figure in the house. Since her appearance on the show, she has remained in the public eye — particularly due to her relationship with fellow houseguest Rylie.

While the pair formed a romance during the season, many fans were critical of the relationship, with some labeling Rylie’s behavior on the show as “toxic.” Following their mid-season eviction, the couple reportedly chose to spend time apart to reflect on their experience and the backlash they received after the show ended last September.

For now, Katherine has reassured fans that she’s healthy and doing well — and has urged everyone to be cautious about believing unverified reports online.
