Heading into Thursday night’s Big Brother 27 eviction, it was still unclear which nominee—Vince, Zach, or Keanu—would be leaving the game. Multiple scenarios were still in play, but the most likely outcome was simple: if Keanu didn’t have safety, he’d be the one evicted. Vince, meanwhile, appeared safe in almost every situation, despite being one of the season’s strongest players.

In recent days, the house had been full of flip-flopping, with Mickey and Morgan steering much of the strategy. Keanu’s biggest problem seemed to be his close ties to Rachel—plus his knack for winning Veto competitions, which made him a long-term threat.
BB BlockBuster Competition
This week’s BB BlockBuster was a “jumbo gemstones” twist on the Tower of Hanoi puzzle. Players had to move large, colored pieces one at a time until each pole contained pieces of the same color. The concept was simple, but the pressure of eviction week made it far more intense.
- BB Block Buster Winner: Keanu
- Final Nominations: Vince & Zach
Keanu’s victory threw a wrench into the eviction plans. Kelley had already expressed interest in keeping him in the game due to the Adrian vote, but with Keanu safe, the house now had to choose between Vince and Zach.
Eviction Votes
- Mickey: Zach
- Rachel: Vince
- Will: Vince
- Ashley: Zach
- Morgan: Zach
- Kelley: Zach
- Rylie: Zach
- Lauren: Zach (enough votes to evict)
- Katherine: Zach
- Keanu: Zach
Final Vote: 8-2 – Zach evicted
A Surprisingly Unified Decision
In the end, the vote to evict Zach was far more lopsided than expected. Only Rachel and Will cast votes to keep him—Rachel out of loyalty, and Will likely honoring a promise after winning a trip to London during the Veto competition earlier in the week.
With Zach gone, Vince survives another week, and Keanu lives to fight another day. But with tensions still running high, the next HOH could completely shift the balance of power yet again.
