Week 4 of Big Brother 27 brought some truly chaotic gameplay and one of the most shocking moves of the season so far. In a house already known for risky plays and questionable nominations, Mickey Lee took it a step further—using her power to seize the Head of Household role, only to target one of her most loyal allies. The fallout was immediate, setting the stage for a dramatic and emotional eviction night.
Week 4 BB Block Buster Results:
- Winner: Rylie
- Final Nominees: Jimmy & Kelley
Heading into the live vote, Rachel was making a last-minute push to flip the house and save her ally. But with six votes needed to secure eviction, time was not on her side.

Live Eviction Votes – Week 4:

- Rylie – Jimmy
- Keanu – Jimmy
- Katherine – Jimmy
- Vince – Jimmy
- Rachel – Kelley
- Ashley – Kelley (attempted to change vote later)

In a twist of confusion, Rachel caught Ashley in the hallway before her vote and convinced her to evict Kelley. But after casting her vote, Ashley had second thoughts. She spoke with Will, tried to return to the Diary Room to switch her vote—but host Julie Chen Moonves shut that down, clarifying that only a houseguest’s first vote counts.
Week 4 Eviction Result:
- Evicted: Jimmy Heagerty
- Final Vote Tally: 9-2
Following his eviction, Jimmy sat down with Julie for his exit interview, where she filled him in on Ashley’s failed attempt to flip her vote. Jimmy was clearly blindsided and said he had every intention of staying loyal to Triple Threat, his alliance with Mickey and Morgan.
To close out the night, viewers got a tease for Friday’s upcoming Unlocked episode (airing 8/7c on CBS), featuring Jimmy’s extended thoughts post-eviction. And while the show tried to hype up a budding “Nomance” between Rylie and Kat, fans aren’t exactly buying into the romance rumors just yet.
