What a wild weekend it has been inside the Big Brother 27 house! The drama hasn’t slowed down for the houseguests or the fans, and the game is rolling forward with the latest Power of Veto competition. While the HOH and nomination ceremony happened behind the blackout of the Feeds, we finally have the results of the all-important Veto comp—and the outcome sets the stage for a major move.
Lauren’s initial nominees were Ashley, Morgan, and Will, but her real goal has been to backdoor Keanu. With only two of the eight houseguests sitting out, there was a decent chance of pulling it off. The draw worked in her favor—Keanu wasn’t selected to play, while Ava and Vince joined the comp instead.
As expected, Vince backed away from the pressure, telling Lauren he didn’t want to risk upsetting Keanu and Kelley by winning and using the Veto. His pattern of excuses continues, leaving others to do the heavy lifting.
So who took the win?
Week 9 Veto Results
- Morgan won the Power of Veto!
The competition was the fan-favorite BB Comics challenge, and when the Feeds returned, Morgan was seen proudly sporting the Veto medallion. That all but confirms the plan: Lauren will move forward with a renom and put Keanu on the block.
Unless Keanu can save himself with the Block Buster comp on Thursday, his eviction seems inevitable. If he pulls off a miracle win, however, the backup target will likely be Ashley, who could find herself leaving instead.
The official Veto Ceremony is scheduled for Monday, where we’ll see the final nominations of the week locked in.
