Wednesdays in the Big Brother 27 house always bring tension as eviction night looms. With the BB Block Buster twist still in play, houseguests don’t always feel the urgency to campaign hard since a competition win could secure their safety. Still, campaigning hasn’t completely disappeared this season, and it’s been a stronger part of the game compared to last year.
This week, however, the hustle for votes slowed down. Morgan has been the most active in working the house, while Rylie spent much of the day putting out fires and trying to stop the tide from shifting against him. Interestingly, many of the day’s conversations about the vote came from houseguests who aren’t even on the block.

Eviction Eve was filled with back-and-forth debates, split alliances, and plenty of second-guessing. One side of the house is pushing hard to evict Rylie, while others are determined to save him. Several houseguests remain undecided, while some are locked in their plans. Here’s how the day unfolded:

- 10:10–10:35 PM BBT: Rylie pushes Kat against Mickey, while Morgan stresses to Vince that Rylie has to go. Vince worries about “The Judges” not protecting him. Mickey makes one last plea to Ava and Will to keep Rylie for targeting Rachel.
- 10:50–11:40 PM BBT: Rachel and Ashley express frustration with the HOH week, saying it’s only a win if Rylie leaves. Lauren remains unsure but feels like she owes Rylie a vote. Vince, however, continues weighing Rylie’s protection against his new alliance.
- 12:45–2:15 AM BBT: Late-night stress sets in. Morgan hopes Mickey doesn’t win Block Buster, Vince confesses to her he might keep Rylie, and Morgan warns him that choosing Rylie is choosing a side. Vince ends the night alone in the storage room stress-eating and running the numbers.
Where Things Stand
Vince appears increasingly set on keeping Rylie, believing that Rylie can offer him more protection than “The Judges” or his alliance with Ava, Will, Rachel, Ashley, and Morgan. But doing so could burn bridges and lock him into a side of the house that might not serve him long-term.
The only consensus? No matter how the BB Block Buster shakes out, Mickey is in the most danger.
