Vince Panaro came close to winning Big Brother 27, but in the end, he fell just short of the $750,000 grand prize. Despite dominating the season with a string of HOH wins—roughly a third of all victories—his luck ran out when it mattered most. Vince’s loss in Round 2 of the Final HOH sidelined him on finale night, forcing him to watch as Ashley and Morgan battled for the last spot in the Final 2.
In a twist of fortune, Ashley made the bold move to cut Morgan and drag Vince to the end, recognizing Morgan as the bigger threat. That decision secured Vince a place in the Final 2 and a guaranteed payout.
The Jury Turns on Vince
But once he faced the Jury, Vince’s game was torn apart. His reputation for betrayal followed him to the very end, costing him votes—including one from Lauren, who many expected would stand by him. Instead, Vince walked away with just a single vote of support, courtesy of Morgan. Still, second place comes with a $75,000 prize—hardly pocket change, even if it was a crushing defeat.
Vince on His Game and the Season
In post-finale interviews, Vince reflected on his messy, cutthroat game and the Jury’s reaction. While he admitted to burning nearly every bridge in the house, he seemed unfazed by the backlash, even joking about not being too concerned with the fallout—particularly regarding his alliance (and complicated bond) with Morgan.

Mike Bloom’s Parade interview with Vince: – Read the full interview here:
Mike: Hey, Vince! I want to start by asking, I know it’s been a whirlwind. Are you ok?
Vince: Yeah, no, I’m good. I mean, it was a dream of mine to play Big Brother, and I got to do it. It’s funny, near the end of the last few days, I was getting more sad. I was like, “I don’t want this to end. I don’t want this to end. I don’t want to leave the house.” It became your safe space. So I’m good. I got the full experience, and that’s all I hoped for.
Mike: Were there any jury votes that surprised you one way or the other?
Vince: I was kind of surprised Lauren didn’t give me a vote. But I think because I put her on the block, she was probably pretty upset about that, so I don’t blame her.
Mike: Ashley told you that Morgan was planning to take you out if she won the final HoH. And I can confirm that she did say that to Julie as well.
Vince: Wait, so Morgan was planning on taking Ashley?
Still, love him or hate him, Vince Panaro fought his way to the finale and secured a runner-up spot on Big Brother 27. Messy, unpredictable, and often emotional, his journey was one that defined much of the season.
