Ashley Hollis, a 25-year-old attorney hailing from Chicago, is stepping into the Big Brother house with confidence—and a lot to say about her legal background. A longtime fan of the show, Ashley has been watching since she was a kid and even remembers the BB After Dark era. That said, she stops short of calling herself a superfan, which honestly earns her some points in my book.
Right off the bat, Ashley gives off major Hannah Chaddah vibes. She comes across as someone who sees herself as the smartest person in any room—which can be a double-edged sword in the Big Brother game. That kind of energy can either dominate or alienate, depending on how it’s handled. While she clearly takes pride in her profession, she mentioned being an attorney so often during her interview that I lost count somewhere around 200. Still, she plans to keep that fact a secret inside the house, so maybe she’s just getting it out of her system now.

Could she actually be the smartest in the room? Possibly—but in this game, people who think they are often fall short. Big Brother tends to favor those who move strategically and subtly, not those who broadcast their intelligence.
Interestingly, Ashley also referenced Taylor Hale’s experience in the house and said she’s ready to defend herself if something similar happens to her. That’s admirable, but it’s worth noting that part of what led Taylor to victory was how she handled adversity with grace—sometimes being the underdog worked in her favor. Trying to force a narrative like that could backfire.
All things considered, Ashley is coming in with strong opinions, clear goals, and a lot of self-assurance. But in a house full of strong personalities, will that work for her or against her?
What do you think—will this sharp young lawyer talk her way to the top, or get out-argued by the social game?
