Former Big Brother contestant Aaryn Williams is making her return to reality television, more than a decade after her controversial appearance on the CBS competition series.
Bravo announced Thursday that Aaryn, formerly known as Aaryn Gries, has joined the cast of its upcoming reality series, Small Town Trouble: Texas, which is scheduled to premiere next month.
“The secret is out,” Aaryn wrote on Instagram while sharing promotional cast photos from the new show.
She will appear alongside her husband, Nick Williams, whom she married in May 2015. The couple celebrated their 11th wedding anniversary earlier this year and share four daughters: Skyla, 10, Adeline, 8, Reese, 7, and Kodi, 4.

Aaryn first gained national attention as a contestant on Big Brother 15 in 2013. However, her time on the show became widely criticized after she made racist and homophobic remarks inside the house.
Following her eviction, Aaryn faced questions about her behavior during an interview with longtime Big Brother host Julie Chen.
She defended herself by suggesting that some of her comments had been misunderstood or taken out of context. Aaryn also insisted that she had never intended to appear racist and apologized to viewers who were offended by her remarks.
The controversy extended beyond the show, with CBS publicly distancing itself from the comments made by Aaryn and several other contestants.
In a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, the network explained that Big Brother’s format allows audiences to observe contestants around the clock, sometimes exposing prejudices and beliefs the network does not support.
CBS condemned the offensive statements captured on the show’s live feeds, making clear that those views did not reflect the network’s position.
Aaryn also faced professional consequences, including being dropped by her modeling agency following the controversy.
Now, more than a decade later, she is preparing for another appearance in the reality TV spotlight through Bravo’s latest unscripted series.
Small Town Trouble: Texas will take place in Boerne, Texas, and center on a group of wives, mothers, and influential women navigating friendships, relationships, and the expectations of small-town life.
Alongside Aaryn, the cast includes Alli McAnelly, Annari Uys, Gabby Hernandez Huffman, and Hailey Head. Their husbands will also make appearances throughout the series.
According to Bravo’s official description, the show will explore what happens when traditional small-town values clash with complicated friendships, romantic temptations, and unexpected secrets.
The network promises plenty of personal drama as the cast attempts to maintain appearances while dealing with conflicts that threaten their relationships and reputations.
Aaryn’s casting marks a notable return to television following the backlash surrounding her Big Brother appearance, though it remains to be seen how viewers will respond to her participation in the new series.
Small Town Trouble: Texas premieres November 18 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
