Big Brother 28 Week 10: Drew, Barrett and Melody Nominated — Who Benefits Most

The power has officially shifted in the Big Brother 28 house. After winning the Week 10 Head of Household competition, Yash Patel made a surprising move by nominating Drew, Barrett and Melody for eviction, turning the game upside down.

Many expected Yash to continue targeting the remaining Icons after Angela’s eviction, but instead, he chose to make a move against the players who helped create the new power structure. His nominations show that Yash is no longer simply following the house plan — he is playing for his own endgame.

Yash Targets His Own Side

Yash’s decision immediately shocked the house because Drew, Barrett and Melody were part of the group that worked together during Week 9 to eliminate the Icons.

However, Yash appears to believe that allowing that group to remain strong could hurt him later. After quietly building his position throughout the season, Yash now sees an opportunity to weaken players who could become major threats near the end.

The move also proves that Yash is willing to make difficult decisions instead of protecting his closest allies.

Drew Becomes the Biggest Question Mark

Among the nominees, Drew appears to be facing the most danger.

Throughout the season, Drew has built relationships across multiple sides of the house, but that same social game has now made him a target. Some players have questioned whether Drew is truly loyal, especially after he maintained connections with players outside his main alliance.

Yash appears to view Drew as a dangerous competitor because of his ability to influence others and position himself well with different groups.

Barrett’s Big Move Comes Back Around

Barrett went from controlling the game during Week 9 to sitting on the block one week later.

His HOH move successfully broke up the Icons and sent Angela home, but it also placed a spotlight on him. Once Barrett removed one major threat, he quickly became one himself.

Now, Barrett must fight to survive the consequences of the biggest move of the season so far.

Melody’s Social Game Is Tested

Melody also finds herself in an unexpected position.

She has maintained strong relationships throughout the game and has often been viewed as one of the safest players. However, Yash’s HOH proves that even strong social players are vulnerable when the game reaches its final stages.

Melody’s challenge will be convincing Yash that keeping her benefits his game more than removing her.

Dee and Devens Get a Break

The remaining Icons — Dee and Rick Devens — avoided the block once again, giving them a much-needed opportunity to recover after Angela’s eviction.

While they remain major threats, Yash’s decision temporarily shifted attention away from them and toward the former Newbie alliance.

The question now is whether Dee and Devens can use this opening to rebuild their position in the house.

Yash’s Biggest Move Yet

Yash’s Week 10 HOH has created a completely new game.

He has shown that he is not afraid to turn on allies and make a move that benefits his own path to the end. However, putting up Drew, Barrett and Melody also carries risks.

If one of them survives, Yash could have created a powerful enemy heading into the final weeks.

The biggest question of Week 10 is:

Did Yash make the perfect endgame move, or did he just create the next player who will come after him?
