Week 4 of Big Brother 28 is officially underway, and a new Head of Household has taken control of the game. Following Jason De Puy’s unanimous eviction, the remaining 14 Houseguests battled for the power to determine who could hit the block next.
Jason became the latest player sent home after Mallory won the BB Block Buster, leaving Jason and LaLa as the final nominees. The House then delivered a decisive result, voting 12-0 to evict Jason.
With Jason gone and outgoing HOH Kamu unable to compete, it was time for the remaining eligible Houseguests to fight for control.
Big Brother 28 Week 4 HOH Results
The Head of Household competition is complete, and we have our Week 4 winner:
Week 4 HOH: Haley
Haley has officially taken control of the Big Brother house and will be responsible for setting the nominations this week.
Her victory also continues an impressive streak for the Red Corner, which has now held power for four consecutive weeks. Anyone hoping Week 4 would finally deliver a major power shift will have to wait a little longer.
The Houseguests competed while dressed in old-fashioned outfits, but once the competition ended, attention quickly turned away from the costumes and toward a much more important question: Who will Haley nominate?

Who Could Haley Nominate in Week 4?
It didn’t take long for potential targets to start circulating around the house.
Barrett told Yash that he believes Taylor could be Haley’s main target, based on comments Haley made during the HOH competition. He also suggested that LaLa and Mallory could be possibilities to join Taylor on the block.
Yash then took that information to Mallory, presenting the nomination possibilities as speculation of his own.
Of course, nothing is official until Haley makes her nominations, and plenty can change as Houseguests begin campaigning and holding conversations with the new HOH.
What Happens Next?
Haley’s Week 4 nominations are expected Friday afternoon, but there’s another piece of business for the Houseguests to deal with first: the BB Time Capsule.
Following the latest round of voting, the selected Houseguest will head into the Diary Room and take on the spinning-chair challenge for an opportunity to claim one of the remaining powers — or potentially walk away with a punishment instead.
Between the Time Capsule, Haley’s nominations and the shifting conversations following Jason’s eviction, Week 4 could quickly become an interesting round.
Who should Haley target this week? And do you think Taylor, LaLa and Mallory are really in danger?
