The latest Big Brother 28 spoilers are here, and Week 3’s nominations are officially locked in. New Head of Household Kamu is sticking with the Red Corner alliance’s strategy, but he’s also making a key adjustment to his original game plan.
After watching Rick Devens successfully execute a backdoor in Week 2, Kamu has decided to delay his attack on one of his biggest targets. Instead of putting Jason on the block immediately, he’s setting the stage for a possible backdoor after the Power of Veto competition.
Week 3 Nominees
Kamu nominated:
- LaLa
- Lyric
- Mallory
These nominations come as little surprise to anyone following the live feeds. Kamu had already informed Lyric ahead of the ceremony that his plans had changed, asking her to trust that she wasn’t his real target.
Whether she believes him or not is another story.
With Rome no longer in the game to shield her, Lyric could be finding herself in an uncomfortable position as the house’s recurring pawn. If she continues landing on the block week after week, her luck may eventually run out.
Devens Wins a Massive Advantage
Another major development this week came with the Big Brother Time Capsule twist.
As many fans expected, Rick Devens emerged as the winner. However, the biggest surprise wasn’t who won—it was what he received.
Instead of a punishment, Devens earned the powerful Diamond Power of Veto, giving him one of the strongest advantages seen so far this season.
The power remains active for the next six weeks and allows Devens to override the Head of Household’s replacement nominee during a veto ceremony. If he chooses to use it, he personally selects who goes on the block instead.
While the power could be used to make a huge offensive move, it may prove even more valuable as a defensive weapon. With the Block Buster competition still giving nominees a chance to escape eviction, saving the Diamond Veto for personal protection could ultimately be the smarter strategy.
What’s Next?
Attention now shifts to Saturday’s Power of Veto competition, where the nominees will battle for safety and Kamu’s backdoor plan could either come together—or completely fall apart.
The final nominations will be decided at Monday’s Veto Meeting, setting the stage for another unpredictable week inside the Big Brother house.
