The first live eviction of Big Brother 28 has officially taken place, and the game has already claimed its first casualty.
After an eventful week that featured Dee Valladares’ Head of Household reign, shifting alliances, a dramatic Power of Veto ceremony, and the BB Blockbuster competition, the house was finally ready to send its first player packing. Ashley Trail and Taylor Brown faced off on eviction night after Yash Patel saved himself by winning the BB Blockbuster, leaving the remaining nominees to plead their case to the house.
Ashley Trail Becomes the First Houseguest Evicted
When the votes were revealed, the decision wasn’t close. By a unanimous 14-0 vote, the Houseguests chose to evict Ashley Trail, making her the first player eliminated from Big Brother 28. Ashley’s social game never fully recovered after becoming the house’s primary target, and despite some late efforts to flip the vote, the majority alliance remained united.

Ashley exited the house with grace, becoming the season’s first juror hopeful whose Big Brother journey came to an early end.
What’s Next?
With Week 1 officially over, the remaining Houseguests wasted no time shifting their focus to the next Head of Household competition. Winning the new HOH will be critical, as fresh targets are expected to emerge and the power structure inside the house could change quickly.
Early live feed spoilers suggest that new alliances are already forming while several players are scrambling to improve their position before nominations begin. Week 2 promises even more strategic maneuvering as everyone looks to avoid following Ashley out the door.
