Then be sure to sound off in the comments section about your favorite BB26 houseguests on CBS’s reality TV show, who annoys you the most and who you think will ultimately join the Big Brother winners list.

9:00 p.m. — Just like last night, this episode is delayed on the West Coast due to the Republican National Convention. It will begin soon ….

10:14 p.m. — “Previously on ‘Big Brother’!” In the first episode, Julie welcomed the first group of eight houseguests to the game: Angela MurrayCam Sullivan-BrownChelsie BahamJoseph RodriguezKimo ApakaMakensy ManbeckRubina Bernabe and Tucker Des Lauriers. They were immediately given their first challenge from Ainsley (aka the Artificial Intelligence Network Self Learning Entity). If the players voted “yes” to bring her into the house, they got to play in an “upgrade competition” to potentially win a power. If they voted “no” to her dream of becoming a contestant, they had to play in a “downgrade competition” where the loser would be punished. Makensy won the upgrade, while Chelsie received the downgrade.

10:16 p.m. — Julie welcomes the audience to Part 2 of the premiere. She claims that we will all “have the pleasure” of watching the newbies meet Ainsley, knowing what’s about to happen.

10:17 p.m. — Quinn is a nurse recruiter from Nebraska, and his wild hair is the thing most people notice first about him. He’s a former school band member and a soccer player, and broke a world record for standing on one leg while blindfolded. The 5’6″ athlete is a “superfan” of “BB” with his own cut-out version of Zingbot at home.

10:18 p.m. — Brooklyn is a “spicy cupcake,” according to her husband. The former Mrs. Texas and former Mrs. America claims that “winning” is her favorite part of any competition. She used to live in poverty, but now she has three “kiddos” at home and she wants to “bet” on herself to win because, “We don’t shoot for second.”

10:19 p.m. — Matt is from Georgia and considers himself an “urban cowboy.” His family is “everything” to him, especially since he comes from a mixed family. He calls himself a “southern gentleman” and is willing to look for a showmance partner in the house. He is also “extremely competitive.”

10:20 p.m. — Lisa is from Los Angeles and has her own catering company that she utilizes as a celebrity chef. “Vibe curator” is a term she coined for herself. She’s going to cook and “host the party” inside the “Big Brother” house in order to meet allies.

10:21 p.m. — Leah is from Florida and is a VIP cocktail waitress, always loving the “Miami life.” She grew up in a poor family, which gave her the “drive and ambition” she has now. She has her own underwear company and now lives in a nice house. She’s a self-proclaimed “chubby chaser” — interesting.

10:22 p.m. — Cedric is from Idaho and is a former Marine, but he can’t talk too much about that aspect of his life. His grandmother raised him and is still his “best friend.” His nickname is “playboy” because of all of his former girlfriends. He’s also a big sports guy.

10:23 p.m. — T’Kor is a small business owner from Georgia, and she crochets her own clothing. She has been featured on the “Kelly Clarkson Show” and even met Michelle Obama, who complimented her clothes. She’s the “queen of the nerds,” having been on her school’s debate team.

10:24 p.m. — Kenney worked in the DEA as an undercover cop, and focuses his attention on addiction counseling in his everyday life. He has a wife and two kids, and has no interest in telling anyone that he’s a police officer. Instead, he’s going to be everybody’s best friend.

10:26 p.m. — The first four players to enter the house are Quinn, T’Kor, Matt and Leah. Quinn has been “dreaming” of playing the game since he was in elementary school. He’s so excited he might “throw up.” Leah thinks that Matt is giving “Prince Charming” vibes, but worries that he may not be chubby enough for her. Matt knows he has a “target” on his back and hopes to show everyone that he’s “sweet,” before stabbing them in the back. T’Kor feels like she’s been “teleported” back to high school with the various archetypes she’s playing against.

10:29 p.m. — Cedric, Lisa, Kenney and Brooklyn enter the house next. Kenney is ready to be the “dad figure” to build trust with his fellow players. Cedric immediately likes Kenney and suspects he’s been in the police force — wow, that was fast! Brooklyn thinks the weird decor could be a “holographic machine,” and she doesn’t know how close she actually is. Commercial time!

10:34 p.m. — Outside, it’s the same set-up as the previous night. The eight players are about to be tested by Ainsley the AI bot, with those voting “yes” to bring her into the game getting the option of an upgrade, and those voting “no” to her dreams having to compete to not be downgraded. Cedric thinks of her as an “asset” because of their surfing similarities. Leah says if it’s “meant to be” then it will be. Matt is suspicious of her “tinfoil” clothing. Leah thinks she could be a “threat” to her game. The votes are locked.

10:42 p.m. — The vote is only 2-6, with Ainsley’s dreams being truly “crushed,” claims Julie. Ainsley then transforms into the artificial intelligence bot, shocking the eight players. This time around, the “upgrade competition” requires the houseguests to remove chips from the wall and input them into the motherboard, all while the entire set is rotating around. In the “downgrade competition,” the contestants much transfer three discs into receptacles using only their faces.
